The dryer felt cleaner patented system uses a non-contact positive air seal to capture water and contaminants from the fabric surface, with a carriage-mounted vortex ejector and cyclone separator for clog-free drainage of water and contaminants
- The cleaning pressure can be adjusted up to 6,500 PSI (450 bar) from the HMI
- Integral adjustable drying air shower as insurance against wet streaks
- From 6-12 nozzles per dryer fabric cleaner head, which can be configured for best results
- Uses less than 3 lpm (0.8 gpm) water per cleaning head
- A dryer felt cleaner head wash station for automatic washing and scrubbing after every pass
- The servomotor and cleaner head parking/service position will be located on the backside of the machine, either inside or outside of the hood
